I have been searchign for this, but have not found an option that works for.
I want to block all images on youtube (preview of videos, thumbnail, clickbait etc.)
I tried adding following fitlers:
||youtube.com^$image
||https://www.youtube.com^$image
|http://www.youtube.com^$image
||youtube.com*$image
||https://www.youtube.com*$image
|http://www.youtube.com*$image
But only Blockign all images via:
|https://*$image
works for me
