ABP disabled filter tooltip

When a filter is disabled in the ABP blockable items window yet still matches a string it is greyed out. I would like the tooltips (or a subset there of) to still be displayed on these items so it is possible to easily tell which subscription they belong to (however is should be noted in the tooltip that it is disabled).
