I verified myself the same thing
serious problem ABP
Re: serious problem ABP
I can verify this as well, using Chrome OS, (10.0.648.116 (Official Build 75709)). If I visit http://www.yahoo.com , an Ad will show up, but quickly be hidden. I have caught this also happening on http://www.filehippo.com , where an ad quickly shows, then is hidden.
Re: serious problem ABP
no cr48 guy, it's another thing
1. you want to block some image
2. you right click, choose block element
3. the image is still there !!!
4. press F5, the image still there !
5. you go in extensions, ABP one, "add your own filters"
6. go again in the tab with the image
7. only now, you can see (after F5 - refresh) the image gone on, disappeared

Re: serious problem ABP
Yes, my apologies, I realized that you are facing a different problem. My mistake.
I just tried to re-produce the problem via your instructions: right clicking on an Ad, or image and choosing "Block Element", add, then refresh page and the image/ad will not hide. Then re-applying filter in "Add your own filters" via Adblock Plus Chrome options seems to apply it.
