Student group to manage Israel list

Post by propercoil »

We really like Adblock Plus and had installed it on all 2500+ computers of our university.
But there are so many new ad scripts that aren't getting hidden plus the different website admins are becoming aware
of Adblock Plus in our region so they find the matching pattern that blocks there ad and change it to something else to avoid detection.

We would really like to help the Adblock Plus project by providing a daily updated list(of patterns) of ads in Israeli websites.
Please contact us here or at propercoil@gmail.com to let us know if it's possible. At current stage even google ads aren't detected.

If they are Israeli sites, please use this link to find the Israeli sub and report unblocked ads to the maintainer of that list
en/subscriptions

If they are English ads please report unblocked ads on the easy list/ fanboy/ forums

Of course. As vinny86 mentioned the starting point is: en/subscriptions . On the bottom of the page, there is an email address you can contact if you want your list to be added:

Option 1: If your list contains rules for all languages and general rules with no specific language pattern, you would ask to be added as a standalone list.
Option 2: If your list contains only rules for sites in a specific language (i.e. Hebrew) and you want English language sites to be handled by one of the common general purpose/English subscriptions (EasyList, fanboy, Adversity), you might want to get in contact with the maintainer of this list so your list can be marked as a supplement to that.

You might also want to get in contact with the maintainer of the exisiting Israel List if you haven't already:
