Just clicked on the link and went to the web site for the adBlock campaign:

So hey, a bit of constructive criticism here; I want to contribute & get a t-shirt... but is there something else besides the "talk to the hand" logo?

The logo reminds me of a sticker some guys were handing out at a Navy base where I worked. The picture was a hand--similar to your logo--that had the ring-finger bent over and the words "The Shocker!" Yeah. You get my drift. Not appropriate for work but hey, it's the military. Guys will be guys.

Maybe AdBlock could have a fan-art competition? Ask for something like old-timey advertisements? (Say... did you ever play Fallout? The 50's retro art in that game was hilarious.)
