Adblock Plus blocking add on bar images for Personas

Adblock Plus blocks images that are added to the add-on bar that is part of the personas add-on.
Environment:
Windows 8.1/Mozilla Firefox 27.0.1
Steps to recreate:
1. Create a new profile.
2. Install Adblock plus [latest version].
3. Install Personas Plus [latest version: 1.7.3].
4. Select a new theme from getpersonas.com [Theme gets installed to the browser and works for add-on bar]
5. Restart [Theme to the add-on bar disappears. Icon appears as expected]
6. Disable Adblock Plus add on.
7. Restart. [Theme to the add-on bar appears]
Tried recreating the issue at the local machine to custom personas theme to make sure that Adblock Plus is not blocking a site. The issue still occurs from local machine.

I can't reproduce this, after restarting multiple times. I even moved the Adblock Plus icon onto the add-on bar and enabled Small Icons mode, which were pictured in your screenshot but you omitted from your directions. I also note that your screenshot shows a multitude of add-on icons, and therefore isn't a fresh profile.

Okay. Digged a little deeper. The filter Malware Domain interferes with the image at the add on bar. If it is disabled, the image is displayed.
Instructions to reproduce (Fresh profile):
1. Install personas. Restart.
2. Install adblock plus. Restart.
3. Enable Malware Block option after restart. [Theme still appears].
4. Restart. [Add-on bar theme disappears]
Follow-up to the issue (Maybe unrelated):
5. Open a new window. The add-on bar displays the theme.
6. Try disabling the filter and restart. [Theme appears]

No issues here, regardless of how many times I restart Firefox or toggle the Malware Domains subscription. The only way I could see it interfering is if it was blocking addons.cdn.mozilla.net (the domain that hosts personas), and it doesn't.

1. Type about:config into the address bar and press Enter.
2. Press the big button to bypass the warning.
3. In the search box, paste lightweightThemes.usedThemes
4. In the search results, examine the value of lightweightThemes.usedThemes. Is your currently selected persona hosted somewhere other than addons.cdn.mozilla.net?

Edit: Actually, scratch that. The only way a filter would manage to block a persona is if you edited the extensions.adblockplus.whitelistschemes preference and removed chrome from the whitelist.

As a general rule, you shouldn't have multiple add-ons that perform similar functions. You have no fewer than 7 extensions related to personas.
