[Fixed] Subscription title doesn't adjust on window maximiz…

This issue was reported by MonztA:

1. Open Filter Preferences in Firefox (Ctrl-Shift-F).
2. Make sure to use a small window width (e.g. 600 pixels), resize the subscriptions panel so that the subscription title line wraps.
3. Now maximize the window.

There is enough space to display the subscription title with the links on one line - yet it doesn't adjust. Even worse, the issue persists when closing and opening the window (probably because Firefox first opens it with the regular size and maximizes then). If you resize the subscriptions panel even by one pixel the issue goes away. Seems to be a Firefox bug, reproducible in Firefox 16 and Firefox 19.0a1 (nightly).
