Is it possible to download adblock to IE on my samsung smart TV.

if samsung is an android system why do you want ABP for IE on that device ?
is it something else ?

I have a new curved screen Samsung. when i use the internet function I get unwanted pop up ads all the time. I had this on my computers and resolved it 100% with adblocplus. I can find my way round techy jargon and usually achieve what i need but it takes me ages and i am afraid of messing up other settings in my TV as i am just learning to use them all.. Sorry to be so thick but I am willing to learn. By the way thanks for replying.

again: if your device is an android one you could try to install the ABP for android

samsung smart TV is ubuntu, not android.
I hate android, I hate ubuntu, I hate linux, I hate google and samsung products.
