not really an adblock question, you'll need a proxy to block all adult sites

As fanboy said, this is not really an adblock question. But you could try OpenDNS, they got excellent dns blocking for these kind of sites. The only problem is you have to update your IP to them using an IP updater.

http://www.opendns.com/familyshield

You could on the other hand use OpenDNS Family shield dns service which blocks adult websites out of the box. You just need to change the dns servers to their ip and it will block adult sites automatically.
You dont need to update the ip for this service unless you want extra services.
You need to use the Familyshield IP address and not the default opendns ips since the default ones don't block adult sites out of the box.
you can find setup instructions here - https://store.opendns.com/familyshield/setup/
