How to eliminate pop up in adult sites

Hello, see ads on pages of movies, adult sites and others is very annoying someone tells me how to remove all pop-ups from these types of sites, for example I always visit these sites

I only want the pop-up ads because if I activate all the ad blocker it does not let me visualize the site an announcement comes out that those sites are paid for and if I activate the blocker I will not be able to see the content.
