Adblock Plus has not been working for quite some time now. Sadly, your 'troubleshooting' suggestions are useless to me. Opening up Firefox Add-ons Manager simply gives me a list of recommended add-ons and the facility for downloading them. Nowhere is there a listing for Adblock Plus or a facility for ensuring that it is still activated. How would it have become de-activated anyway?
This is pretty annoying, considering that I'm still paying the monthly fee for it, so some assistance to put it right would be very much appreciated.
