Blocked elements still appear... But...

Hi, started looking into writing blocklists as I noticed something! Although AdBlock Plus recognises the syntax for blocking elements, these are not removed, but simply appear in red (apparently only scripts are really removed, as advertising banners themselves appear, coloured red, but no advertising within them)! But see for yourself...
