I right click an element and ask AdBlock to block it and it works and this rule is created `[class="_hidden-on-mobile--inline_8hy5c_14 _more-menu__button-content--label_znf2v_148"]`
Then if I refresh the page, it stops blocking.
A similar rule works fine in a browser that integrates AdBlock.
Why does it work fine initially and then immediately stop working?

There are two scenarios I could think of:
Scenario 1: The elements that you're trying to hide might change with each page load. Therefore it could be that the rule you created no longer matches when visiting the page a second time. You can check that, by trying to block the elements again and seeing whether Adblock Plus creates a different rule for the same elements.
Scenario 2: The actual rule is only applied after reloading the page. While the page is still open, the extension is simulating its effect by forcing the elements to be hidden. In that case, it would be great if you could report this issue to us using the "Report an issue on this page" button in the extension's icon popup, so that we can have a closer look.
