incognito mode only

I've come across numerous ad-blocking extensions for Google Chrome, but I don't intend to block ads under normal circumstances, especially not ads that are relevant to this website: tehran-borj.ir. My sole aim is to block ads when I'm browsing in incognito mode.

I haven't found a method to restrict extensions exclusively to incognito mode. How can I achieve this?
