Instructions for "View a blocked element or unblock an element" are not correct

I accidentally blocked an element on YouTube and now the visual aspect of the video won't show up, as in I can hear the video but not see it, the area where the video would be displayed is blank. So I went and tried to look up a fix and found "View a blocked element or unblock an element" directly from Adblock Plus Help Center. I started following the instructions exactly as it says and got to the 3rd step which says to "Click the >> icon in the upper right corner and select Adblock Plus." this is where the issue arises because there is no Adblock Plus option to select from the >> icon. I tried looking around in this developer tools menu for nearly 10 minutes and couldn't find a single mention of Adblock Plus. Maybe these instructions are outdated or something because I truly followed the instructions exactly as it said and could not get any resolution. Hopefully this can be addressed by the fine people at Adblock Plus because at the bottom of the page it boasts a most annoying statistic; 40 out of 364 found this helpful. And I, of course, am one of the 324 people who did not get any form of help from this page. Thanks for reading.

Hi,

If you used a custom filter rule or used the blocking tool and blocked too much, you can remove it using these steps:

• Click the Adblock Plus toolbar icon to display the popover menu.

• Click the gear symbol.

• On the options page that opens, go to the Advanced tab.

• Scroll to YOUR CUSTOM FILTERS and disable or delete any filter rules that may be creating an issue.
