Adblock Plus spam attack of tabs

Hi! I noticed several similar topics, but I didn't find a solution! I hope for help.

It has been noticed that every update of the ABP causes a spam attack on tabs. I had to disable auto-update, but it doesn't help.
This happens EVERY TIME DURING THE UPDATE. It has been noticed since the summer of this year.

• All tabs appear at the same time.

• They fill up everything until they run out of RAM.

• All tabs are the same.

This is the Yandex browser Current Version 23.9.5.686 (64-bit) (based on Chrome)

Of the additional browser extensions, they work at the same time:

• Bypassing Locks RU

• A separate application Firemin 9 (To reduce browser memory consumption)
  Conflicts with the ABP have not been noticed for at least 5 years

All applications and extensions have not clashed or caused a similar reaction together before.
The ABP extension has been downloaded and installed from your official website.
The settings have not changed.

Thanks for reporting. I've been seeing similar reports recently.

We're tracking this problem over at https://gitlab.com/adblockinc/ext/adblo ... ssues/1548 , where we're trying to find ways to reproduce it ourselves. While there are already a few safeguards in place to prevent such a scenario, we could add more to further reduce the potential for such a problem occurring.
