[Incomplete] Dragging Bing Maps flickers

Steps to reproduce:
1. Update to latest Chrome and ABP on OS X.
2. Open Bing Maps http://www.bing.com/maps/#JnE9Lm1hbmhhd ... Q5NjExMDY=
3. Disable Adblock for this page
4. Close and reopen Bing Maps to make sure the setting got applied.
5. Drag the map around, watch how it flickers.

Yes, this was reported before - never reproducible on my computer though. Could you try the current development build? I suspect that the issue is resolved there.
