Love the ADP app, but...

I love the idea of the ADP app, but I have two issues with it:

1) First, it doesn't block any youtube video adds at all, which is one of my main reasons for wanting it.

2) When used in conjunction with Dolphin Browser on my Nexus 4, pages simply won't load at all. I tested with with theverge.com. Often times, pages will be completely blocked and I'll be told that they can't load. Turning off ABP filtering resolves this, so it's definitely the app.

Since there's no extension for Dolphin, it would be great if there was a way to resolve this. Also, ABP for chrome blocks youtube video ads on my desktop, so I'm not sure why they still display on my phone.
